This year, at the EWMA 2018 Conference (Krakow, Poland May 9-11), wound care clinicians form around the world came together to discuss the latest advancements in wound care management.
There were 12 high level clinical/scientific presentations, where wound care experts exchanged their experiences and knowledge about the MolecuLight i:X. Clinicians shared their experiences using the MolecuLight i:X in clinic, and how it made a difference in their everyday practice – whether it was improving documentation of wound size, guiding debridement, or improving patient adherence.
Furthermore, the MolecuLight i:X Wound Intelligence Device was showcased both in the MolecuLight booth as well as in the Smith & Nephew booth, where several in-booth presentations also took place.
MolecuLight congratulates Rosemary Hill (from Lions Gate Hospital in Vancouver, BC, Canada), who received the 2nd place award for her e-poster titled ‘Shifting focus: implications of periwound bacterial load on wound hygiene’.
Other clinicians who presented at the conference include Lt Col. Steven Jeffery, Dr Stephan Landis, Dr Paul Kim, Dr Elliott Walters and Rose Raizman.
Looking forward to EWMA 2019 in Gothenburg, Sweden!
